First of course both you and your partner have to be fertile. Check that first.

If so then the woman needs to work out when she is at her most fertile. This is 14 days BEFORE the start of her next period.

Don’t worry, you can use our handy online fertility calculator to do this at http://www.thefamilygp.com/fertility-calculator.aspx

You should try to conceive 2 days before this date, on this date and 2 days after it. This is your window of opportunity.

Another good tip is to lie down after intercourse. If you get up or got to the toliet too soon afterwards, you may lose the seminal fluid.

Thousands of pregnant Mexicans cross the border each day to have their babies in US hospitals for free. This perpetuates the "anchor baby" phenomenon and drives up our health care costs. How does this happen is our border patrol is so good?

This hospital just opened in Hermosillo, Sonora and there are plans to open 20 more. Cross your fingers that the women will go there instead of running to our border.
When a women in labor crosses the BP bring them to American Hospitals. Anyone injured crossing the border is brought to American hospitals. They should be sent back to MX.

The women know their child will be considered a citizen and entitled to gov programs. They also know the labor/delivery will be "free" to them. paid for courtesy of US taxpayers.

Have unprotected sex everyday starting 2-3 days before you are going to ovulate, until 2-3 days after ovulation.

it can’t swim through underwear or anything but if he got it directly on your baby making area then sperm can easily swim up inside you from there.
Not as many will enter you as if he came inside though.

Hormones change during pregnancy. Right after birth, miscarriage or abortion, the hormones are still right to foster pregnancy, increasing your chances of getting pregnant.

My partner is in the military and we’ve been trying to get pregnant for 6 months now with no luck and I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on how to get pregnant faster

I would highly suggest purchasing the ClearBlue Easy Digital Ovulation Kit which can be bought at Target for $30 instead of $40 which is at most retail shops. This Digital kit has 7 tests which you pee on every morning (preferrably in the afternoon time) and if you’re about to ovulate 12-36 hours, it will show you a digital smiley face. If you’re not about to ovulate, then it will just show you a circle. The test detects LH Surge which is a hormone that is at it’s top peak when you’re about to ovulate (release the egg). Once you see that smiley face, you should have sex within 12-36 hours. Sperm can stay in your body anywhere from 3-5 days. Obviously this depends on both partners’ health also. The reason I would suggest this digital test rather than other tests in the market is because the other aren’t digital. You have to kind of guess yourself by looking at pink lines…if you’re okay with that, then you can purchase the First Response Ovulation Kit. It’s cheaper and has more tests but it’s not digital.

Also, I’ve read that before you have sex, it’s good for the male to drink coffee about 15 min because the sperm are more "jumpy" and can get to the egg faster…especially the y-sperm (boy sperm).
