Separate Ways: Someone Save Me; Chapter 6 Part 2
Hayley’s POV
I didn’t want to hurt anyone. I thought I was doing what was best, but when I looked into Kevin’s eyes, all I saw was hurt and distrust. I was so frightened they would find out I was pregnant and then tell everybody, so I was thinking over my options. I could escape through the night. Surely they wouldn’t stay all night. They had already gone to eat now, only Kevin remained. I just wish I had somebody to talk my options through with. I don’t want to tell my sister and set a bad example. But I don’t want to panic Kevin into thinking he has to stay with me, just because I’m pregnant. I also don’t want him to propose which I know he would if I was pregnant. We would get married and raise our baby together. Happy on the outside, miserable on the inside. He would feel trapped, but obliged to stay with his child. I couldn’t do that to Kev. I just couldn’t.
Everyone came back to watch me through the glass, but I didn’t give them any signs of being sick. I just wanted them to leave. Eventually they dispersed away and it looked like I could finally escape. Too bad, Kevin decided to stay.
Riley’s POV
After eating we went back to watch Hayley but she wasn’t letting us in. We decided the best thing to do was go home and get some rest. Kevin of course, wouldn’t leave her side. Even if there was a concrete wall dividing them.
“I’m gonna stay. I’ll phone you if she talks.” he said.
“Are you sure you don’t want to come home Hunny?” Mrs.Jonas asked her son.
“I’ll be fine Mom. I don’t want to leave her when she looks so delicate.” he said.
We all wished him look and then left to go back home. It was snowing outside and Nick wrapped an arm around me to stop me from shivering.
“I hope she gets better.” I told him.
“Don’t worry. She’s a fighter. She’ll be back in no time.” he reassured me.
I couldn’t help wondering what was wrong with her. She had been acting wierd since she came home with Kevin. Had something happened they weren’t telling us. Had they rowed over something. Then Brad came over and accidentally punched her in the face. She had totally ignored everybody for nearly a whole day, and she wasn’t eating. She always seemed distant and this was totally unlike Hayley. Her flame was dying down and she was incredably unhappy. I was scared for my sister. When we got back to the house Nick, Joe, Carson and I decided to watch a movie in the lounge. We chose Wedding Daze as we needed some laughs (I just watched this movie when I wrote this lol very funny) and I snuggled up on the couch with Nick. He wrapped his arm around my waist and I rested my head on his shoulder. This moment frozen in time, would be utter perfection. The snow falling lightly outside. The fire flickering shades of bright yellow and rustic orange onto Joe’s solem face. The boiling, hot chocolate warming my hands from the freezing cold. About an hour into the movie everybody had fallen asleep and I was the only one paying attention. I heard a knock on the door and I paused the movie to see what they wanted. I looked through the glass but I couldn’t recognise the figure as they were bundled inside a coat, and the snow was gathering around the doorframe, blocking my view.
“Hello?” I shouted through the door, cautiously.
“Hayley?” a male voice asked.
I flung the door open, shot by a sudden draft of cold air. It stung against my exposed skin and sent a shiver down my spine.
“Brad! What are you doing here?” I asked.
“Oh, Hi Riley. I came by to see Hayley. To apologise…again.”
“She isn’t here.” I told him.
“Where is she?”
“She’s at the hospital.”
“What for, is she ok?” he quizzed.
“As far as we know but….”
He ran from the porch and into his car, speeding down the street in the direction, of what I could only pressume, was the hospital.

How can we get pregnant easier? Possible fertility problems….need helpful ideas and hints….please?
MY fiancee and i are trying to have a baby but so far we havent been successful. Does anyone have any advice or tips on something i could do to maybe speed the process up?
Are you charting your cycles? OPK, BBT, CM etc??
Ensure you are having sex the 3 days before ovulation and the day you ovulate.
Take prenatals, omega 3s, avoid any lubricants (except pre-seed), eat healthy, exercise, no smoking, drinking, cut out junk food (it can delay ovulation)…just the general stuff really.
70% of couples conceive within 6 months and 85% within one year. 12 months is considered normal for a healthy fertile couple. Just ensure you get your timing right each month (at least twice in the fertile window) and stay positive. Unless you have any issues, it WILL happen. Good luck
What is the fastest way to getting pregnant, how do i know my fertility status?
we want to try for a child but i have never gotten pregnant bbefore so i dont know whether i can get pregnant at all, besides my periods are so very iregular and 28 yrs old now, my boy friend is 34yrs we both have good jobs, i dont know the kind of vitamin supliments to take, to boost my fetility and start having normal periods, is it possible for me to conceive ?
It’s difficult to say exactly how long it will take any one individual or couple to get pregnant. Factors such as your age, general and reproductive health, and when you have intercourse all impact your chances of conceiving a child
However, these general statistics may give you an idea of how long it will take. Normally fertile couples have a 25 percent chance of getting pregnant each cycle, and a cumulative pregnancy rate of 75 to 85 percent over the course of one year. Still, some healthy couples can take even longer to get pregnant
And you can try to increase your likelihood of getting pregnant sooner by learning to pinpoint exactly when you ovulate, and by familiarizing yourself with the cyclic hormonal and physical changes that take place in your body each month.
I have included some links for you so you can do some reading and research on your body. OVULATION IS THE KEY TO GETTING PREGNANT! Remember that. These are the steps you need to take…
1.) Make an appt. with an OBGYN. He or She needs to give you a complete exam and make sure you are having regular periods, that your tubes are unblocked, and that you donot have anything else that may cause you to not get Pregnant ie…sexually transmitted diseases, PCOS, ect…
2.) You need to make sure that you are ovulating. Belive it or not, some women, do not ovulate. And as I said, Ovulation is the KEY to getting pregnant. To do this, you should buy a Basal Themometor (you can buy at almost any store where they sell regular themometors.) and start taking your temps EVERY MORNING BEFORE you get out of bed. to read more about this, check out this website for what they have to say about it.. http://www.mamasark.com/BBT.htm
3.) you also need to learn to check your Cervix Position AND your Cervial Mucus everyday. To learn more about this check out these websites… http://www.webwomb.com/check_cervical_position.htm
and
http://www.webwomb.com/cervical_mucus_page.htm
4.) Once you have got this all down you need a place to chart them all so that you can keep track of what your body is doing and when you ovulate. www.fertilityfriend.com is the best place to do this. It is a free site and it allows you to chart your temperature, your cervial mucus and position and helps detrmine when you ovulate.
*********OF COURSE YOU CAN ALWAYS JUST DO IT THE OLD FASHIONED WAY AND HAVE ALOT OF SEX AND HOPE FOR THE BEST! LOL But you asked for the quickest way to get pregnant, and these are the steps you need to take in order to do it.*****
~~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~PLEASE REMEMBER!!!! Even a 100% healthy couple only has a 40% chance of conciving each month, so dont get discouraged if it doesnt happen right away, even if you do all the things above. Just have fun with it, and do not make sex a chore or a job, just relax and enjoy eachother, and when the time is right, you will get Pregnant!
Good luck to you and TONS OF BABY DUST YOUR WAY!!!!! *~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

Infant Bowel And Stomach Disorders – Keep Your Child Away From This Thief!
Among the most common diseases among children are the bowel and stomach disorders. You need to prevent this derangement so that the infant can flourish and also so that they will be healthy.
There is more than one cause to this disease. Many a time it may be due to the mothers system and sometimes may also is because of the infant itself. There are however ways to prevent it as well as remedies fro the problem. Hence, it is very important that the mother is not ignorant on this issue. The prevention of this problem is what the mother to take care of. The cure is fro the doctor to worry about. The disorders are explained below.
At the breast, to the infant:
The bowels as well as the stomach of the infant may be deranged due to unwholesome breast milk. This problem often arises when the mother herself is not well fro some reason. Undue lactation is one frequent cause.
If a mother is anxious for any reason then the milk may be unhealthy and also the quantity of milk will fall down as well as many a time it may cause convulsion in the infant. This is followed by a complaint of bowel disorder by the child. These are quite common problems and the child may become normal as soon as the milk is stopped.
Great mental disturbances and those which occur suddenly will drive off the milk totally and that too in a few hours.
Harmful articles of diet do affect the mother’s milk and also derange the bowels of the infant. One infant at the breast was said to have diarrhea. As a method of remedy breast feeding was discontinued for a while. Once the problem was solved the baby got back to feeding from the breast.
Aperient medicines taken by mothers also affect the bowels of the child. Therefore care must be taken by the mother.
Returning of the periods is one more cause for bowel problems in children. The child will become uneasy and fretful a few days before and will begin throwing up milk. Once the period is over milk will cease to flush out.
When the mother is pregnant the milk becomes less nutritive again.
If sufficient intervals are not given between feeds then the child gets affected byt his problem of bowel disorder.
Teething also affects infants at the breast.
During weaning:
Derangements occur when unsuitable food is given or even due to over feeding. Irritation of teething is also another cause.
When the organs of the infant are very delicate and artificial food is given, there may be problems with the bowels.
Giving up breast feeding for no good reason may also be a cause for bowel and stomach disorders.
Depriving the child at the breast due to undue regulations will also affect the bowels.
The stomach does get affected when too much of food is given or even if the meals are repeated without a proper time period. This will also affect the bowels later.
Foods that are not suitable need to be stooped immediately or else these stomach and bowel disorders will appear once again.
The mother has to be very careful when she is putting the child on artificial food. The quantity of food and also the food to be given needs to be looked into.
The irritation during teething may be a cause for diarrhea. Lancing the gum will help in curing this problem.

Healthy Pregnancy – Healthy Baby
Pregnancy is the most natural stage of life for most women and so as the desire for a healthy pregnancy. Yet the discovery that a baby is on the way is the most exciting moment in one’s life. The surest way to have a healthy baby is to have a healthy pregnancy by following a healthy lifestyle. A healthy way of life adopted by would be parents before conception, lessens the risks to the baby during early weeks of development, when a woman might be still unaware of her pregnancy. Preparing For A Healthy Baby Both partners should be nutrition conscious before planning for a baby. This will lead to you in good health from day one and give the baby a healthier start to life. Even though most women of childbearing age are healthy and most pregnancies are considered low risk, then also a few precautions mentioned below are desirable to have a healthy pregnancy:
Get good medical care before you get pregnant · Eat well-balanced and nutritive diet · Exercise regularly under a doctor’s supervision · Avoid alcohol, caffeine, drugs and nicotine · Avoid medications, x-rays, hot tub baths and saunas · Avoid infections.
Good Medical Care The best way to have a healthy pregnancy is to have your health in order before conceiving. A health care provider will guide you towards healthy diet, healthy habits, check your immunity to rubella or measles, mumps, control general illnesses before conceiving, and help you keep your weight within a desired range. Once you are pregnant, your doctor will schedule your regular visits to perform series of examinations to monitor mother and baby’s health constantly.
Well-Balanced Diet Plan An average pregnant woman gains 25 to 35 pounds in nine months. A healthy and fit pregnancy requires about 300 extra calories daily to maintain the baby and mother. The balanced diet during this period should consist of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, protein, some amount of fat and extra vitamins and minerals. Supplements of iron and folic acid reduce the risk of birth defects. Have 8-10 glasses of water, avoid caffeine, aerated and sweetened drinks to maintain a healthy pregnancy.
Avoid Infections Many infections caught from all possible sources like raw food, kitty litter, atmosphere, workplace or sick people should be avoided as they can cause serious harm to the fetus.
Medications Do not take medication of any kind like antibiotics or steroids, without consulting your doctor, as they can be devastating for the unborn baby. Maintain a healthy pregnancy by refraining from even the minor medication, habitual drugs, alcohol and nicotine.
Exercise Stay in shape by resorting to simple exercise plan under the doctor’s supervision to maintain proper pregnancy health, stamina, labor and quicker regaining of pre-pregnancy shape. Wear comfortable bra and clothes, avoid strenuous exercises, pain or discomfort, modify exercise plan to suit your growing size and general health.
Adopting routines of relaxation, breathing, diet will result in healthy pregnancy, and easy labor and birth of a healthy baby.

Why am I suddenly scared?Pregnant….easy 10?

I don’t know any lullaby’s, I have an awful singing voice, I want to do cloth diapering for the environment but know nothing about it no matter how much I look up on the internet it never seems enough. I just feel I can’t stop looking up stuff, I have no idea what to do with kids. Every time I’m around them I get nervous. I’ve never been good with them. I’m excited about having one but afraid of not being a good mom. Help
Bizzurke you are sick. I want this baby. I’m a lesbian so it took a lot more to get pregnant than just sleeping with a man (eww)

Fastest way top get pregnant?
I’m 24 yrs old and i want to get pregnant. My man and i have been trying for the pass year and still nothing. Any tips on how to get pregnant faster?
There are several baby-type websites up and running. Do a search for ‘preconception’ or ‘ovulation calculator’. It will ask the question of "What was the first day of your last period?" Enter the date into the spot provided. Then it asks for days in your cycle. If you are average this will probably be 28 days. When you enter the information the site will calculate the days you will ovulate (if you are average). It’s usually a three day window. Make sure you and your partner are very, very active on those three days for sure, though extra days are good too (and fun). If your fertility is normal and you have no medical issues then you should get pregnant within the first couple of months. It’s how I had my first two children and how I "picked" the month they would be born.
