i had a miscarriage at the end of may and was just wondered how long it has taken people to get pregnant after a miscarriage ive had a normal period since and am now trying to get pregnant but hopeing it wont take long

I wish I could tell you how long it would take. I got pregnant my 2nd month trying, had a MC at 6 weeks, and been TTC ever since. I’ve been TTC 17 months now!

However apparently you are very fertile in the 3 months following a miscarriage so hopefully you will be pregnant again in no time.

Why would you want to get out of school? Now that you are pregnant an education is more important then ever! You need to earn you’re diploma, because you will need an education to get a good job to support your baby. Some schools have nurseries on site. If you’re school doesn’t have this then check with you’re district office because they may be able to refer you to a school for teenage moms.
The sooner you tell you’re the better it will be this way she can help you start looking into these types of things.

Hi, Im 29yrs old and my Husband and I feel we are ready to start a family.
I started my period today. Its very light still.

i spent a year ttc with my first son i tried opk,bbt and every other method under the son and it turned out i wasnt ovulating on the 15th day i ovulate on the 8th day after my period starts i suggest you have sex every other day after your period end this way your sure to hit that day a mans sperm can live in the vaginal secretions for 3 days. good luck and try not to stress about it that dosent help.rememer to have fun thats the best part of making a baby!!!

my fiance was dignosed with secondary liver cancer 7 months ago and received 2 different chemotherapy combinations. i am not sure exactly which but i know cisplatin was used and so was dacarbazine. 6 weeks ago we were told that they were not going to continue with chemo as it had not been effective. He has been given a matter of months to live but i have always wanted a child with him. we were due to get married but had to cancel. i want to know how much of a risk we would be taking if we were to start trying now. we obviously don’t have years to wait but if there is a substantial risk of abnormalities then we won’t try but if the risk is very small we will definitely consider it. if any one knows much about this i would really appreciate some advice. Thank you

I would wait about 6 weeks to start trying, just to make sure the chemo is out of his system.

Chemo can cause infertility, but it doesn’t always. If time is of the essence, he can get his sperm count checked. I would say there is not a substantial risk for fetal abnormalities, but infertility there is a chance.

Umm well that doesn’t sound ethical, I mean the only way she wouldn’t know is that if you had sexual relations with her while she was passed out

Well me and my ex husband divorced after 8 years of marriage back in november. shortly after we divorced I found out I was pregnant. Our son is now 4 weeks old. We had already had 3 daughters. We are trying to make it work and now I just feel like we ( me and the kids) are not a priority in his life. I don’t have the kids he has custody of the girls and now I am to the point I want out! But I have never worked and I am not finished with school yet so I am not working either. Where and how do I start over? I was on the depo shot and the week I was supposed to get the next one I got pregnant! I had my tubes tied after the baby was born, I have been with him the whole time we split up only 2 weeks after the divorce and then we were back together. He has custody of them but I am here with them EVERYDAY!! I have 2 quarters left until I finish COLLEGE! I am 27 years old not a kid> I have never had to do this before. Is there any way I can get my kids back?

Is there a custody order in place, or are you going by mutual agreement?

If not, go and file for custody at the first opportunity. You’re already doing most of the work, so why not go all the way?

I have been reading a few books recently that speak of concubines or mistresses to emperors and rulers, and I was wondering how the woman did not get pregnant? I understand that they obviously did sometimes, and the rulers could have many children from many of his mistresses or other wives, but they did not always get pregnant, even though they were contuniously sexually active with the rulers. So I’m asking was it really just luck that some didn’t get pregnant?
And just to add I’m already aware that this sounds like a pretty stupid question to ask. I’ve just been wondering for awhile now.
