we have been having unprotected sex for about 3 or 4 months now. is there any way i can increase my odds of getting pregnant? at what point should i go to the dr to make sure i am able? or that HE is?

please remember that if you are Trying to Conceive you really shouldn’t stress out about having sex! Sex should be fun not a chore. If you are under 35 years of age, and have been trying to get pregnant for over 1 year then go see an specialist or an obgyn. If you are over the age of 35, and have been trying to get pregnant for over 6 months, then go see a specialist. Also please keep in mind that 30% of the time it might be your male partner, and he needs to get tested for sperm mobility.

A great book for you to read about fertility is called, "Fertility Facts" by March of Dimes. A great specialist that I saw when I was having trouble conceiving is Dr. Colin Smikle, and Dr. Kao from Laurel Fertility. Make sure you write down your questions and ask them lots of questions. A good thing to try for PCOS is clomid, and IUI. If that doesn’t work try doing the shot hormone, and IUI. Then try IVF. Dr. Kao and Dr. Smkile are the best there is out there, graduated top of their class at a top tier college

Good news is there is always hope for you to get pregnant! Dr. Kao and Dr. Smikle both said I had PCOS, and now I am pregnant. What I did was, I made sure I exercised at least 5 days a week, and I ate healthy, and I got pregnant naturally. PCOS is a metabolic issue keep that in mind, so please work out together with your husband, friend, sister at least 1.5 hours a day, and eat healthy. Good Luck to you! I have just started trying to get pregnant with my hubby and I have yet to see any results. I have baby fever and really want a baby. What is the fastest way to make my dream come true?

Buy an ovulation kit from your supermarker or pharmacy. Try and abstain from sex until you are ovulating. It works like a pregnancy test and will tell you if you are ovulating or not.

If you can’t do that, or cant tell when you are ovulating then having sex every three days should ensure that there is always a time when the egg and the sperm will be together at some point in your body!!!

If you don’t get pregant within six months you might want to see your doctor, but it can take a while…good luck : )

I am a 19 year old and lost my virginity to a lovely guy. We used a condom, and we checked if the condom was torn, it wasn’t (as far as I know), however, I haven’t got my period yet, so I am starting to get a little worried. I am not ready to get pregnant, and to be honest, I don’t want to have a baby -ever. I just don’t like the idea of it, I know some people may not agree but that is besides the point. If you’re going to answer please don’t mention keeping it.. I’m going to get a pregnancy test tomorrow, but I want to start thinking beforehand, if I am pregnant, I want to try lose the baby. What are the best ways to do this besides abortion?!
I’m not trying to sound rude, but it is not my fault at all. I waited until I was old enough, and I lost my virginity to someone I loved. We used protection, and the condom didn’t tear. So please don’t blame me for this. I have a future ahead of me, and even though most females would love to be pregnant and have kids, I am not one of those. I have never liked children, and have never liked the fact of having a living thing inside a woman’s uterus breathing her air, eating her food, etc. THIS IS MY OPINION. Please respect that too. I know many people would love kids, and I respect that too… Some of you people really need to control yourselves..I am not trying to offend ANYONE, in fact, if you read the title of the question, I wrote that I know it is horrible to some people…

Well, I applaud you for your honesty in how you feel about children. So many have children who shouldn’t. So, please…. for the sake of all, don’t ever have any as long as you have those feelings.

Miscarriage is an act of nature, you can’t "make" it happen. There is the Plan B pill, but you are passed that option at this point. If you ARE pregnant, your choices are to have the baby and give it up for adoption or to medically terminate your pregnancy. That’s it.

As for your missing period, there are other reasons that could delay your period. Even if you’re normally like clockwork, there’s always that one wonky cycle…. and it usually happens when you’re really counting on your period to show up. So, there’s a very good chance you’re not pregnant.

I know condoms and birthcontrol are good ways to prevent pregnancy. But what is the chance of getting pregnant using "the pull out method".

that is really a hit and miss situation. You see, there are some guys that will actually have a small ammount of cum exit the penis during sex would is very unlikely that the small ammount will get you pregnant but it’s still a possibility.

If you are completely sold on attempting the pull out method, all I can say is that there are more people that I talk to that use that method and have been successful, than there are that use that method to have it fail.
The main thing you need to understand and be ready for is if by chance it does fail, you will be faced with a very big responsibility. A responsibility that could’ve been 100% avoided if a condom or BC was used. Personally even with BC in use, I still pull out so I’m using double safety precautions! Good luck. keep us posted! LOL

I tried Vitex for a couple of months, does it take longer to work? Also tried raspberry leaf tea and red clover. I was taking folic acid, but decided to stop ‘trying’ and to just relax about it. I’m interested to find out what you did naturally, to get pregnant if it had taken you a while.

i started trying 2 years ago within the very first month we conceived and i was over the moon only to have a miscarried at 6 weeks ..
it killed us but we didn’t get pregnant again for a year and 11 months..
we didn’t try any methods or pills to help us we just kept doing it the Natural way and every time i ovulated i made sure we did it on those days..
finally i was blessed with a baby boy and now he is nearly 7 months old..
