Well it takes some healthy couples up to a year
however there are ways to improve your chances
obviously don’t use protection
you and your husband should both eat healthy, he should cut back on drinking/smoking and you should cut them out
also if he can keep his "swimmers" contained, if you catch my drift that will help
having sex around your ovulation date will also help, this usually occurs about 14 days from the end of your period,
also start taking pre natal vitamins, which is something you should discus with your doctor, but things such as folic acid will help

It is very, very slim that you can get pregnant this way. But if your ejaculation was on/around her vagina than there is a chance that it could have got in there somehow. But again, it’s rare.

me and my boyfriend have decided we want two children but im already pregnant. he tried everything in the book to get in all in there, even if it has been very painful. we have tried getting it in through the belly button aswell but that didnt work. whats the best way to get we pregnant with x2 babies. the 1st one might me born first though.

i have friends and family telling me this but it doesnt seem as if its even working. and im not sure really how to calculate when im ovulating.
please help

No. For most women 10 days before your period is too late. You ovulated several days ago and the egg is already dead.

To caluculate when you ovulate, there are several methods:
1. Estimate — most women ovulate 12-16 days before the next period, and are fertile for about 5 days leading up to ovulation. (But the egg dies within a day if not fertilized.) Try to have sex 3-4 times within that fertile range.
2. Use ovulation predictor kits.
3. Monitor physical signs — when you have egg-white type mucus, you’re probably fertile.
4. Chart your basal body temperature for a few cycles (you can google for instructions), to see what your normal patterns are like.

-Are they allowed to get pregnant midway thru their contract/or mid way thru the season?
-Do they have to wait till they retire to get pregnant

The answer is YES. Look at Lisa Leslie — she got pregnant in 2007 and after getting in shape again, she went back to play in WNBA last 2008 season.
