If sperm comes out of you after sex then how am I supposed to get pregnant?

Author: It seems as though after I have sex all of his sperm comes out. Is there a certain position we can do so I can get pregnant easier?
Some will come out, but it is usually semen, the sperm start on their journey.
Doggie style works pretty well as far as stopping a lot of the semen from coming back out, missionary is the second best. that has been my experience anyway. After you and hubby finish, try keeping your hips tilted up, let gravity work for you a bit.

First off Make Gravity work with you….Do it Missionary…Or something similar when He Ejaculates…After he does Prop a pillow under your butt for at least 15 mins..It helps sperm swim up…Also dont run sit on the toliet right away either..It pushes sperm out! Good Luck!

Ive read on http://www.twoweekwait.com about some things called instead cups.
Ive never used them myself, but am thinking about it.
Apparently you insert them after sex, and this will obviously hold them in (so to speak)
They are supposed to be ‘an instead of using Tampax’ but check the website out, and there are lots of success stories from women who used them.
