Just because they used one it doesnt mean they used one accurately. Also condoms are only 99.9% effective. He might have stuck it in her before then put the condom on. Pre-cum can get you pregnant. There might have been a hole in the condom, they might not have been using proper lube, the condom might have been old…theres many reasons.

You can get …
You can get pregnant from “pre cum” but the guy doesn’t have to masturbate before. What comes out first is the fluid released from the Cowper’s Gland (releases the sugary stuff) which passes through your endosomething and picks up sperm. Or something like that. Either way you can get pregnant with “pre cum” even if your guy doesn’t masturbate before.
