Inherited Obesity

If you’re planning to have children and want to help them avoid getting fat, lose your own fat before you get pregnant. That’s the message from researchers who have found obesity during pregnancy can cause lifelong obesity in the next generations.     it doesnt necessarily mean that you will grow up to be obese. Some babies are just more developed when they are born, meaning bigger, longer, etc. If your parents arent obese, then your chances of being obese are less than that of people who’s parents are obese:)
